Fanon FibroFerm

Fanon FibroFerm is newly a developed, natural source of fermentable fibers from vegetable origin, rich in crude fiber, NDF and ADF. In processing, patented OPTICON® technology is used. Using high temperature and high pressure, in moist environment, structural changes happen. Result of this is structure opening and change in physical and nutritive characteristics of the feed. The product has high level of crude fiber which has new nutritive properties crucial for feeding of sows, gilts, piglets and fattening pigs (high WHC and swelling ability).

Product Highlights

With WHC (water holding capacity) of more than 7,5 FibroFerm significantly outperforms many available feed materials.

Therefore, mode of action is based primarily on his positive nutritive and physical characteristics which are manifested in pig large intestine during digestion. Due to high water holding capacity, FibroFerm easily bind water in intestine, both of young and old pigs. Furthermore, because of opened structure, long chain structural carbohydrates became very important source of energy for the fermentation of lactic acid bacteria in large intestine. This will be a natural acid barrier for many pathogens and harmful bacteria and the effect can be easily seen in consistency of the feces, which is improved by usage of FibroFerm.

Into the product, after hydrothermal and high-pressure treatment, essential oils of oregano can be added. By this, oils are incorporated deeply into structure and released slowly and continuously during digestion.

Features

FibroFerm gives:

  • High level of crude fiber – To meet the nutritional needs of sows
  • Fermential structural carbohydrates (NDF and ADF) are an additional source of energy, converted to short-chain fatty acids during fermetation in the colon
  • Extremly good fermentability in the large intestine and high water binding capacity (WHC) ensure the best consistecy of feces in sows and piglets
  • Balanced digestion - Optimal results
