Applications: FERROFLAM PS RPM 340B is the master batch developed especially for HIPS, also suitable for ABS, intended to be used for the shell of domestic appliances or other parts.
Formulation: In HIPS, a recommended dosage of FERROFLAM PS RPM 340B should range from 8 to 10% (by wt), combined with other synergistic flame-proofing agents, such as metal hydroxides (Mg (OH) 2, Al (OH) s), organic phosphoric esters, melamine derivatives, etc.
Processing: FERROFLAM PS RPM 3408 is endowed with high thermal stability for HIPS, ABS. It is suitable temperatures rise up to 280"Cwithout degrading or releasing die build-up or carbonaceous residues in hot runners.
Processing: FERROFLAM PS RPM 340B is delivered in 25kg Mult-layer sealed bags, or per customer's requirements.
