the product is according to the application for which it is intended.

According to the regulations in force, the ingredients mentioned above are suitable for protecting and stabilizing plastic materials in contact with
food with a maximum dosage of 3%. However, we wish to specify that Ferro-Plast Srl cannot take responsibility for the application to which the
masterbatch will be subjected during the transformation. The producer applying the masterbatch will be responsible for testing the finished
product in contact with the food, for its possible influence on the smell and taste of the product. In particular, when applied to the packaging and
packaging of sensitive food such as milk for example, the finished plastic material should be tested for its possible effects.
