Recon™ Citrus Solvent Cleaner/Degreaser - 3022 is an advanced degreaser and deodorizer that utilizes a citrus based solvent. This multipurpose concentrate instantly emulsifies grease, oils and fats without the use of harsh acids, caustics/alkalines, petroleum distillates, butyl solvents, chlorinated solvents or ozone depleters. This citrus based, ready-to-use product has an extremely powerful cleaning ability with a pleasant natural citrus fragrance to deodorize effectively even under the most extreme conditions.

Directions for Cleaning & Deodorizing

Dilute 2 to 4 ounces of concentrate per gallon of warm water. Sponge or spray onto surface and allow to stand a few moments. Wipe clean with a clean cloth or sponge. For machinery, engines, rubber burns, graffiti and heavy industrial cleaning: dilute concentrate 6 ounces per gallon of warm water. Mop, spray, or sponge onto surface and allow to stand at least 5 minutes. Scrub or brush thoroughly and rinse with clean water. For grease traps: add 6 ounces weekly to all drain openings and allow to stand at least 10 minutes before flushing. For toilets, sinks, urinals, shower stalls, bathtubs, chrome fixtures and ceramic tiles: dilute 2 to 4 ounces per gallon and apply to surface, allowing to stand a few moments. Rinse away all soap film, scale and grime. For carpets, rugs, upholstery and fabrics: dilute 6 ounces of concentrate per gallon of warm water. Apply with a sprayer or clean cloth. Do not over-wet. Gently work out gum, tar, grease, oil, etc. Blot dry with clean cloth.

For Odor Control Around Dumpsters, Garbage Disposals, Septic Tanks, Sewage Plants, Kennels, Etc - Dilute 4 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water. Spray or mop onto area to be treated and allow to stand. Around sewage treatment plants apply by the drip method or fogging.

Note - Pretest all plastic surfaces prior to use.

Precautions
  • Eye irritant. Skin irritant with prolonged or repeated contact. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Wear protective rubber gloves when using this product. Avoid breathing of vapors or mists. Wear protective eye wear when danger of mist contact may occur. Do not take internally. Keep out of the reach of children. Use in well-ventilated areas only. Store in a dry place at temperatures between 40°F (4.5°C) and 90°F (32°C).
  • Keep away from heat and flame. Do not smoke. Use only with adequate ventilation. Keep container upright to prevent leakage. Close container after each use. In case of spillage, absorb and dispose of in accordance with local applicable regulations.

First Aid

  • Eye Contact - Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, call a physician.
  • Skin Contact - Wash thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, call a physician.
  • Ingestion - Immediately drink large quantities of water. Do not induce vomiting. Call Poison Control Center or physician immediately.
  • Inhalation - Remove to fresh air. Seek medical attention if victim is not responsive. In case of fire,  use dry chemical, carbon dioxide, water spray fog or alcohol foam. Closed containers may rupture or explode when heated. Keep cool with water spray.
