FiberVisons® T-116

FiberVisons® HY-Care-B is developed and manufactured to offer hydrophobic carded materials to the hygiene industry. The fibers in a carded nonwoven product resist the penetration of liquids and will direct the fluids to an absorbent area or elsewhere. This HY-Care B fiber for carded, thermal-bonded cover stock fabrics has good hydrophobic properties and will be a perfect outer textile back sheet layer.

FiberVisons® HY-Care-B

FiberVisons® HY-Soft Enhanced softness, bonding strength, fluid management and used in Topsheet, Carded Thermalbond Fabrics. FiberVisions has developed a polypropylene based fiber which is second-to-none with regard to softness. This softness is transferred to the carded, thermally bonded nonwovens, thereby giving the user an increase in comfort level. The patented fiber concept is the natural evolution of the trend towards softer and more comfortable products. The fiber is intended for use in baby diapers (e.g. newborn baby diapers), feminine care and incontinence products and medical care products.

FiberVisons® HY-AffiniT is a lace for spunlace applications with a durability that remains after the spunlace process.

FiberVisons® NForz is a new fiber developed for needlepunched application. It has a high performance. The fiber’s strength level, spin finish type and content will be adjusted to each specific application. It also guarantees the customer a close cooperation with all parts of the FiberVisions competence functions. In addition, the fiber is supported by strong R&amp;D experience.
