Finechem Technology FC3115 friction improver of nano rare earth boride is a deep amber transparent oily liquid, which is made in the process that nano boride rare earth prepared by chemical reaction is dispersed into the carrier with dispersant and disperse equipment through surface modification, and it belongs to non-toxic, low ash and energy saving and emission reduction product, with the features of special anti-friction and fuel, power efficiency and good antioxidant, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and dispersancy. When added to internal combustion engine oil, it can lower the friction coefficient below 0.06 under the PB value is 135 kg, which is a new type of major agent of energy-saving and power saving lubricating oil. Comparing with traditional friction improver such as organic molybdenum and copper, it has the characteristics of low cost and light color, smaller toxicity than sulfur phosphorus anti-friction, better high temperature resistance and corrosion than fatty acid.

    It can be used as universal oily agent and friction improver, applying to lubricating grease in the power wasting places where it is required to lower the friction resistance, reduce the degree of wear and tear, save fuel and electricity.

    Attentions for Storage and Use

    Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery are performed as per SH/T0164. 200Kg packaging with galvanized iron bucket shall be stored in dry and ventilated storehouse below 45°C; Blending temperature should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. General chemical prevention measures shall be taken in feeding and using process to avoid contacting with skin. Once touching, wash out with soap water.
