Finechem Technology FC58570 marine engine oil complexing agent is mainly modulated with nano lanthanum borate with hydrolytic resistance, nano boron carbide, and other multipurpose additive matching with high molecular ash less dispersant, high temperature phenolic amine antioxidants and other high-efficiency multifunctional additives. The product added with nano lanthanum borate and boron carbide multi-effect new additives replaces the ZDDP in the traditional formula, part of the sulfonic acid calcium and calcium sulfide alkyl phenol, which reflects more prominent water separation characteristic, extreme pressure anti-wear anti-friction property, sealing of coordination of piston ring and cylinder and alkali stability, greatly reducing friction and wear, abrasive wear of engine and corrosion wear produced by acidic to extend the service life of the engine; it also can inhibit the production of oil sludge, keeping the engines clean in long time.

    Application
    • Add 4% to appropriate base oil, which can meet the lubrication requirements of crosshead engine system oil, for modulating 3008, 4008 oil.
    • Add 6% and 7.5% to appropriate base oil, which can meet the lubrication requirements of marine medium speed engine oil for modulating 3012, 4012 and 3015, 4015, oil respectively.
    • When modulating 4025, 4030, 4040, medium speed engine oil, it needs to add 7.5% to appropriate base oil and re-add 4%, 6% and 9% of T106 or T115C respectively.

    Storage & Handling

    Attentions for Storage and Use

    Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery are performed as per SH/T0164. 200Kg packaging with galvanized iron bucket shall be stored in dry and ventilated storehouse below 45°C; Blending temperature should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. General chemical prevention measures shall be taken in feeding and using process to avoid contacting with skin. Once touching, wash out with soap water.
