Our company has the following four production lines: a production line
with an annual output of 3000 tons of rosin esters. The main products are: 1) Tackifying resins used in the adhesive industry, including rosin pentaerythritol ester Winlx 4101, rosin glycerol ester Winlx 4110, liquid rosin ester Winlex 4270, no Crystalline rosin Fintac 2331, super viscous rosin ester Winlex 4125, etc.; 2) Malein glyceride Finganox 4303 and alcohol-soluble rosin resin Finganox 4314, etc. used in the ink and coating industry.
The production line of rosin ester emulsion with an annual output of 3000 tons, the main products are: 1) Guinox series of tackifying resin emulsion for water-based adhesives, the main product brands of rosin ester emulsion Guinox5100, Guinox5860 and Guinox5210; rosin acid emulsion Guinox5700 and Guinox5790, mixed resin Emulsion Guinox H8154, petroleum resin emulsion Guinox H9510 and H9520, etc. 2) Gacpex series of sizing agents used in the paper industry, the main product brands are Guinox 8200 anionic dispersing adhesive and Guinox 8500 fortified rosin sizing agent."

Finganox is a stabilized and light color rosin-modified unsaturated acid esters, designed for use in .E. type gravure and flexographic inks. It is compatible with nitrocellulose, polyketone resins, shellac and other modifiers commonly used in alcohol based printing inks. Finganox is also soluble in aqueous ammonia and amines making it suitable for use in water-based flexographic and gravure inks.

FINGANOX

Fintac is a modified rosin which offers an excellent combination of oxidation and crystallization resistance. This product functions as a tackifier for SBR, natural rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate and other polymers. It can be delivered in flaked and solid forms. Formulated in solvent-based and water-based adhesives, it exhibits no tendency to crystallize. It meets the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, under the following section: 175.105 Adhesives; 176.210 Defoaming Agents Used in the Manufacture of Paper and Paperboard; 177.2600 Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use.

Fintac

Winlex is a light-colored rosin ester, which has been stabilized. It provides particularly good skinning resistance and color stability in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives. It has a suitable FDA status for use in food packaging applications covered by 175.105.

Winlex 4115 is a pentaerythritol ester of rosin which has been stabilized to provide excellent heat and aging stability. Useful in a wide variety of adhesives due to its stability, low volatility and polymer compatibility.

The principal uses for this resin are in the formulation of oil varnish, lacquer, hot-melt, heat-sealing, and pressure-sensitive adhesives. It has a suitable FDA status for use in food packaging applications covered by 175.105.
