RubberGard

FullForce™ EPDM with Secure BondTM Technology is the next generation of self adhered roof system application. Secure Bond Adhesive is factory applied which ensures uniform adhesion across the entire membrane, even through the seam, creating a powerful bond with the substrate and overlapping seam area. This advanced technology not only improves installation speed over traditional fully adhered applications, but also widens the installation window with the ability to be installed from 20 °F (-7 °C) to 120 °F (49 °C). With no VOCs emitted during field membrane application, FullForce EPDM with Secure Bond Technology is a reliable solution for all your fully adhered roofing needs.

RubberGard™ EcoWhite Platinum™ EPDM Membrane is a 0.090" (2.29 mm) non-reinforced, bi-laminate, white-on-black, cured single-ply roofing membrane that can be used in fully adhered Firestone Roofing Systems.

RubberGard™ EcoWhite Platinum™ EPDM Membrane

UltraPly™ TPO Flex Adhered is a flexible Thermoplastic Polyolefin roofing membrane produced with polyester weft-inserted reinforcement designed specifically for adhered installations. UltraPly TPO Flex Adhered membrane meets or exceeds all requirements for ASTM D 6878 Specification. This reflective, heat weldable TPO membrane is available in 60 mil (1.52 mm) thickness and is suitable for a variety of low-slope adhered roofing applications.

UltraPly™ TPO Flex Adhered

UltraPly™ TPO Platinum Membrane is a flexible, 0.080" (2.03 mm) thick, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane, reinforced with polyester, weft-inserted scrim. This heat weldable TPO Platinum membrane is available in 0.080" (2.0 mm) thickness and widths up to 12'4" (3.8 m). Firestone Platinum TPO is available in white, tan and gray. This reflective membrane is suitable for a variety of low-slope applications.

RubberGard™ Fire Retardant (FR) EPDM Membrane is a non-reinforced, cured, single-ply roofing membrane that can be used in ballasted, fully adhered and mechanically attached systems.

RubberGard™ Fire Retardant (FR) EPDM Membrane

RubberGard™ Neoprene Membrane is a self-curing material used as a protection layer over RubberGard EPDM Membrane. Neoprene Membrane is used to protect EPDM roofing systems from rooftop contaminants (i.e., grease, animal fats). Neoprene must be installed in accordance with current Firestone RubberGard specifications.

RubberGard™ Neoprene Membrane

RubberGard™ MAX (Reinforced) EPDM Membrane is an internally reinforced, cured single-ply roofing membrane that features a 9 x 9, 1,000 denier polyester weft inserted reinforcing scrim for increased puncture resistance. It is available in 0.045′′ (1.1 mm), 0.060′′ (1.5 mm) and 0.075′′ (1.9 mm) thicknesses. Designed with fire retardants, Firestone RubberGard MAX EPDM Membrane can meet qualification for UL Class A for slopes up to 3′′ (76.2 mm), depending on the roofing assembly.

RubberGard™ MAX (Reinforced) EPDM Membrane

RubberGard™ MAX PT Membrane features our RubberGard Max (reinforced) EPDM membrane with factory laminated 6" (152 mm) or 3′′ (76 mm) wide QuickSeamTM tape extending continuously along one 100' (30.5 m) edge of the panel. The pre-applied tape extends slightly beyond the edge of the MAX PT membrane to form a selvage edge.

RubberGard™ MAX PT Membrane

RubberGard™ Platinum EPDM PT is a non-reinforced EPDM membrane panel with 6" (152.4 mm) wide QuickSeamTM tape factory laminated continuously along one lengthwise edge of the panel. The pre-applied tape is flush with the edge of the membrane.
