CitraFlor R20 is a versatile citrus cleaner and degreaser that can be diluted with water for general purposes. This product contains a blend of citrus terpenes, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and nonionic surfactants. With a high flash point (>140°F/60°C) and easy water rinsing from surfaces, CitraFlor R20 can effectively remove adhesives, fingerprints, oils, and greases either in its concentrated form or when diluted. CitraFlor R20 is recognized for its low toxicity, rapid biodegradability, absence of heavy metals, and compliance with RoHS regulations.

CitraFlor R20 is designed to be used in the concentrated or diluted with water. Applied by hand, immersion, or immersion ultrasonics. CitraFlor R20 works fast to clean a variety of tough residues including adhesives, asphalt, coatings, corrosion inhibitors, greases, gum, fingerprints, hydraulic fluids, inks, lubricants, metal salts, mold releases, silicones, urethanes, and waxes.

Parts immersed in a CitraFlor R20 wash solution should be subsequently rinsed in agitated DI water followed by a heated and/or forced air dry.

For hand wipe or immersion applications without water rinsing, the CitraFlor OT series is recommended. .

Compatibility

CitraFlor R20 is compatible with most metal surfaces including aluminum, titanium, cupric and ferrous metals. This product will attack several common plastics after extended exposure. PET is recommended for plastic containers.

Store in cool, ventilated, fire resistant building. Shelf life is 36 months from date of manufacture in original, unopened drums. CitraFlor R20 is considered a Class IIIA Combustible Liquid by the US NFPA and OSHA.

CitraFlor R20 is classified as a “Class IIIA Combustible Liquid” by US NFPA and OSHA standards.

Store in well-ventilated, controlled warehouse with fire prevention system. Keep containers tightly sealed when CitraFlor R20 is not in use. Improper storage and handling can lead to oxidation (color change). Shelf life is 36 months from date of manufacture in unopened, original containers.
