Fluorinoid® register, based on elastomer, PTFE and thermoplastic technologies includes over 500 materials that offer exceptional characteristics enabling them to operate in demanding environmental conditions at temperatures to over 300°C.

FLUORONOID

FLUORONOID® FL 105 is a glass fiber filled PTFE. This material may be inert gas sintered to further improve creep properties and reduce porosity and gas permeability. There will be a consequent loss of tensile properties.

FLUORONOID® FL 115 is a Carbon filled PTFE. Carbon filler gives good compression and wear resistance, good thermal conductivity and low permeability.

Fluoronoid® FL 100 Grade 1 is a virgin PTFE has a wide range of applications that make use of its extreme chemical resistance, very low coefficient of friction, excellent electrical insulation properties and thermal stability up to 250°C.

FLUORONOID® FL 106 is a Bronze and molybdenum disulphide filled PTFE.

FLUORONOID® FL 371 is a PEEK with special fillers. PEEK is a high performance engineering thermoplastic with good chemical resistance, good wear resistance, high maximum use temperature, low flammability, excellent electrical properties and good radiation resistance.
