Organic FFL Illipe Butter Crude is made from the wild gathered nuts of the endangered Shorea stenoptera tree in Borneo, Indonesia. After local communities wash and sun dry the nuts they are cold pressed and filtered in our factory. This product is certified by Ecocert according to the Fair for Life and organic (NOP and EOS) standards. Illipe Butter provides moisturizing and emollient properties and structure to body creams, lip products and many other formulation types.

Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is used as an emollient and moisturizer and is processed using a well established artisanal method. These coconuts from the Coco Nucifera species are harvested directly from the tree before they have time to age and drop like the more mature white and brown husked coconuts. This leads to a truly incredible fragrant coconut odor that captures the imagination of formulators.

FFL Illipe Butter Decolorized is made from FFL Illipe Butter Crude but with the color removed, for applications in which you do not want the color of the illipe butter to alter the color of your product. The process involves passing the molten butter through diatomaceous earth to remove colored material. A compromise if you want low color but unrefined Illipe. Illipe Butter provides moisturizing and emollient properties and structure to body creams, lip products and many other formulation types.
