FORMAC boasts over thirty years of experience in thermoplastic resin additive and coloring and is organized into three business units: the production of Technical Compounds, the production of Colored Polymers, the Distribution of Technopolymers.

Following large investments, the company now operates in a logistics area of 7,000 sqm, of which 4,500 sqm house a modern laboratory equipped both for color reproduction and for the physical-mechanical characterisation of the polymers, a production department consisting of co-rotating twin screw extrusion lines and a department dedicated to research & development.

FORMATAL is the brand of technopolymers that identifies POM Homo/COPO ( Acetal Resin) compounds manufactured by us. It is a high performance grade of Homopolymer Acetal Resin for universal use that brings together all of our know-how, from the selection of the best raw materials, to overseeing the production process to the quality control of the finished product. In comparison to the copolymer grade, it is characterized by superior hardness and mechanical strength. It generally possesses excellent creep characteristics and good resistance to wear. All of the materials produced are ISO 9001:2015 certified and compliant with the highest quality standards in the sector.

Formac Natural Formamid 6 is used for automotive &amp; farming mechanics, consumer goods and industrial applications. It has good stiffness, wear resistance and toughness. It is a easy flowing, finely crystalline injection molding grade for very fast processing.

Formalen PP-Homopolymer 30% glass fiber reinforced Black, injection molding grade is used for mechanical, aeronautical, electric and construction applications. It has good stiffness, good resistance to chemicals, and good electrical properties.
