    Rice germ is the most nutrient-rich fraction of the grain. It contains 95% of the total tocopherols, one-third of the oil content, and most of the vitamins and minerals . The germ represents only 1% of the total weight but contains 30% of the nutrients. Nutritionally, the germ is therefore 40 times more concentrated in nutrients than the rest of the grain. Rice germ is a treasure of nature which is one of the richest natural foodstuffs in the world.

One gram of RiziGerm® is equivalent to a magnesium and vitamin E intake of 22 grams and 160 grams of white rice respectively.
