TSE / BSE This raw material is of vegetable origin. During production, storage and transport there is no contact with any bovine or other animal material and a cross contamination is excluded. Therefore the requirements of Comm. Dirc1999/82/EEC, CPMP/BWP/1230/98, are not appli-cable.
GMO This raw material does not contain ingredients produced from GMO feedstock. However rele-vant thresholds for adventitious or technically unavoidable cross-contamination as laid down in 1829/2003/EC are accepted.
Animal testing This raw material has not been tested on animals for cosmetic purposes. The raw material is in compliance with the Article 18 of Cosmetic Regulation EC 1223/2009.
Allergens The substances suspected to be allergenic and listed in Annex III of EC 1223/2009 are below detection limit. Nano product This raw material is not classified as nano-material (SCCS/1484/12) CMR Based on our actual knowledge of the production process, the raw materials, impurities and the equipment used we do not expect CMR substances 1A, 1B and 2 according to EC 1272/2008 Annex VI present in the product.
