ALGALIV® is a biostimulant based on the purification of an extract of brown algae (Ascophyllum nodosum) and microalgae supplemented with Phosphorus, Potassium (0-7-10) and a complete range of microelements chelated with EDTA + Boron. ALGALIV® is rich in natural phytohormones, betaines, mannitol, organic acids, polysaccharides and amino acids.   • Algaliv® is based on seaweed extract (Ascophyllum nodosum) obtained with a mild extraction method that guarantees its biological activity. Seaweed extract is naturally rich in phytohormones (such as cytokinins, auxins and gibberellins), betaines, mannitol, organic acids, polysaccharides and amino acids. The components in the extract are balanced as their origin is a completely natural vegetal source. All these bioactive molecules present regulatory activity on the crop and have a physiological effect on growth in all the stages of plant development. They regulate or participate in a range of cellular and metabolic processes improving health of vegetative and reproductive organs. Moreover, Algaliv® is rich in macronutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S) and micronutrients (Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn) helping to achieve a balanced nutritional status of the crop.
  • Algaliv® is recommended to stimulate the general metabolism of the plant. Its applications promote seed germination, improve root growth, increase fruit maturation, inhibit senescence and increase resistance to pathogens and abiotic stress.

System and Time of Application

Algaliv® is recommended for all types of crops. It is generally applied by foliar spraying, and it is also suitable for fertigation and drench. Applications should start around 2-3 weeks after transplant with a frequency of 15-20 days.
