"Founded in 1910, in Brescia, by Giovanni Mariani, a profound connoisseur of the virtues of officinal herbs and aromatic plants, G. Mariani & C. Spa develops in the following years an intense activity of research, experimentation and production of extracts, juices, aromas and essences, ranking, in short, among the most qualified producers in the sector. In 1975, thanks to the strong impulse given to the activity by Mario Mariani, son of the founder, the company moved to the new factory in Cellatica (BS) with a covered area of ​​6000 square meters, enhancing its production and conquering more and more large spaces of market. Here, thanks to modern systems and equipment, a wide range of products is made, ranging from the liquor sector to that of soft drinks, from food to confectionery. In 2003 a new factory was built alongside the existing one, thus bringing the total covered area to 8500 square meters out of the 20,000 square meters available. Over the last few years, G. Mariani & C. Spa has also developed the “Mariani Customer Service”, a technical consultancy and pre- and post-sales assistance service that allows client companies to obtain “tailor-made” products and solutions."
