BG Vogler BV Brown Nickel Oxide is produced in The Netherlands. It’s A fine powder, free from metallic Nickel and sold world-wide to the Enamel-, Ceramic- and Glass industry. Brown Nickel oxide contains slightly higher levels of copper, cobalt and iron than the Black and Green nickel Oxides.

G Vogler BV Black Nickel Oxide – Grade A Is an ultra-high purity product with approximately 77% Nickel content. Used in the glass- and electronics industry. Seido Black Nickel Oxide is of very high purity and is a high surface area powder. Seido has a unique production process to make this very special product. Typical BET surface area values are about 75m2/g. Black Nickel Oxide is produced in 2 grades – A and F – differing mainly on particle size.

G Vogler BV Zinc Oxide is a very high purity, white, odorless powder. In the production of zinc oxide ((Indirect or French process), zinc is melted, vaporized and drawn into an oxidation chamber. Zinc Oxide is insoluble in water, solvents and neutral oils, but is soluble in both strong acids and alkalis.

G Vogler BV Cobalt Oxide is used as a pigment in the glas and ceramic industry, in electronic components, in ceramic glaze. It’s also used to mamanufacture cobalt catalysts and salts. Soluble in acid, insoluble in water, alcohol, ammonia. Easily reduced by carbon monoxide to metal cobalt. High temperature and easy to react with silica, alumina or zinc oxide to produce a variety of pigments.

G Vogler BV Benzoin is an off-white crystal powder. It’s used as a reliable degassing agent for powder coatings. During the curing of a powder coating film, benzoin melts and consumes the oxygen and promotes dissolution of gasses into the resin to minimize pinholes in the coating film.

G Vogler BV Diallyl Phtalate is a thermosetting resin. It’s a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid. Each molecule contains two allyloxy groups. It is stable at room temperature, but heated combined with an initiator, it will be very reactive.
