- Usage
For use as a fast curing high build protective coating over polyurethane foam insulation, metal roofing and other suitable substrates. May be used as a base coat with granule for vehicular and pedestrian decks.
- Application
- Stirring may be required to ensure uniformity of the material, particularly if products have been stored at temperatures outside of the recommended range.
- U-8782 components cannot be cross-mixed with other polyurethane coating materials.
- Spray Recommendation - Apply with plural component airless equipment. GacoFlex U-8782 can be applied up to 64mils in one pass. It is recommended to apply the full specified thickness in one application. See Gaco Western’s Spray Guide SG-Fast Set Urethane for more information.

Toxicity
Part B contains polymeric diisocyanate. High concentrations can occur in inadequately ventilated environments when this is sprayed, aerosolized or heated. In such cases, respiratory protection must be worn.
Cure
The coating will set in 30 seconds when applied to an insulated surface. A complete cure can take several hours depending on the ambient temperature.
Clean up
Spray equipment may be cleaned with T-5112 thinner.
