- Product Applications
- Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep the container tightly closed after use.
- In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least one year.
- At temperatures below 20°C, product may start appearing gel - like and high viscous.
- This can be restored by keeping the carboys in hot room of 30 - 35°C (avoid direct heating).
- During longer storage period, slight separation might occur, which if necessary can be eliminated by stirring without changing pearlescent quality in the final product.
- Product tends to have thin layer of foam and scum at the top of container as the inherent nature. However, this would not affect the quality of product.
- Once the carboy is opened, use the product within a week.
- Metal containers are not suitable for storing Galaxy 226 as it can corrode the container. Therefore storage tanks made of stainless steel (SS 316) or FRP (Fiber - Reinforced Plastic) are suitable for storing this product.
- During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys / pallet.
