  • Galaxy CAPAO exhibits wetting, emulsifying, cleaning and thickening, foam stabilizing / enhancing, conditioning properties in various formulations.
  • Galaxy CAPAO exhibits good stability in highly alkaline media containing sodium hydroxide, metasilicates, phosphates and gluconates.
  • Galaxy CAPAO thus finds applications in detergent, hand dish wash, shampoo, hand wash, Industrial and Institutional cleaner, all purpose cleaner, etc.
  • Galaxy CAPAO can be formulated with anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactants.
  • Galaxy CAPAO with traditional anionics, enhances foam stability and degreasing power of mild dish washing formulation.
  • Galaxy CAPAO can also be used as a thickener in bleach compositions. It can be also used as a wetting agent in degreaser formulations.

Spills should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Carboys should be fitted with vent bungs having provision for venting of excess pressure from carboys due to free peroxide, if any.
  • Ensure release of pressure, if any, before emptying HMHDPE carboys.
  • Slight drop in pH is possible during prolonged storage. In case of drop in pH, it is safe to use the material as long as pH is ≥ 6.5.
  • Color of the product may deteriorate, if exposed to ≥ 45°C for prolonged time.
  • Product may solidify, if stored at ≤ 0°C.
  • If the product becomes frozen in HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
  • In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is atleast one year.
  • During storage, carboys should not be stacked one above the other (palletized and non-palletized).
