Galaxy CAPB PF is available in HMHDPE carboys of 235 kg net wt. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 18.8 MT can be shipped either palletized or non-palletized in a 20 ft. full container load. It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity. Total of 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in a 20 ft. full container load. It can also be supplied in ISO containers (24 MT) and flexi bags.

Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place preferably at 20 - 35°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep the container tightly closed.
  • Product may solidify, if stored at < - 5°C for longer time. If solidifies, it is recommended to heat the containers (ISO / jacketed tankers) with hot water (55 - 60°C) jacket or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs / cm2  ) to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
  • In case of flexi bags, heat the flexi bags with heating pads for 4 - 8 hours with a steam of pressure 1 - 2 kg / cm²  .
  • If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 50°C (avoid direct heating).
  • In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested the shelf life of the product is at least one year.
  • Once the carboy is opened, ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO container / tanker / flexi bag, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • During storage, carboys (palletized) and IBC should not be stacked one above the other.
