  • Galaxy LAPAO exhibits good stability in highly alkaline media containing sodium hydroxide, metasilicates, phosphates and gluconates.
  • Galaxy LAPAO thus finds applications in detergent, hand dish wash, shampoo, hand wash, Industrial and Institutional cleaner, all purpose cleaner, etc.
  • Galaxy LAPAO can be formulated with anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactants.

Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice, if necessary.

Galaxy LAPAO is available in 200 litres HMHDPE carboys with vent bungs. Total of 80 carboys palletized i.e. 15.2 MT or 40 carboys non-palletized i.e. 7.6 MT (190 kg per carboy) can be shipped in a 20 ft. full container load. It is also available in 1 MT IBC. Total of 18 IBC i.e. 17.1 MT (950 kg per IBC) can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. 22.5 to 23.5 MT of Galaxy LAPAO can also be shipped in 24 MT ISO container.

Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Colour of the product may deteriorate, if exposed to ≥ 45°C for prolonged time.
  • Carboys should be fitted with vent bungs having provision for venting of excess pressure from carboys due to free peroxide, if any.
  • In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is at least two years.
  • Once carboy / IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO container, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month's time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • Product solidifies, if stored at ≤ - 2°C. If solidifies, it is recommended to heat the ISO tank with hot water (55 - 60°C) jacket or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs / cm2  ) to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
  • If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
  • Ensure release of pressure, if any, before unloading ISO container and emptying IBC / HMHDPE carboys.
  • During storage, do not stack carboys (palletized / non-palletized) one above the other. For IBC, stacking should be maximum 1+1 during storage.
