Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention, if necessary.

Galaxy MW 251 is available in 235 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 15.2 MT (190 kg per carboy) can be shipped either palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It can be supplied in IBC (1 MT). Total of 18 IBC i.e. 15.3 MT (850 kg per IBC) can be shipped in a 20 ft. full container load. 20 - 22 MT of Galaxy MW 251 can also be supplied in 24 MT ISO tanks. In India, 20-39 MT of Galaxy MW 251 can be supplied in 20-40 MT Road Tanker.

Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 30 - 40°C away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.
  • Keep the container tightly closed after use, as the product is hygroscopic in nature.
  • Once carboy / IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO container, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • In original sealed container, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least two years.
  • If the material is stored below 12°C, then it may become hazy or semi - solid.
  • If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys then keep the same in hot room of 50°C for around 2 days.
  • It is recommended to heat the ISO tanks with hot water jacket of 70 - 80°C (4 - 8 hours) or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs / cm2  ) to bring the temperature of the product to 30 - 40°C. Avoid direct heating.
  • Heating time may vary. Once it is in molten stage, mix it properly to make it uniform before use.
  • If material is not melted properly / not uniform, there is a possibility of improper sampling.
  • Avoid part quantity use.
  • It can also be stored in a clean and dry SS storage tank.
  • During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys (palletized / non - palletized) / IBC.
