Galaxy PEG 7 Glyceryl Cocoate is available in 235 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 18.8 MT can be shipped palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is available in 50 liters HMHDPE black jerry cans. Total of 270 jerry cans palletized i.e. 13.5 MT or 360 jerry cans non - palletized i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. It is available in IBC of 1 MT capacity. 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. 23 MT of Galaxy PEG 7 Glyceryl Cocoate can also be supplied in 25 MT ISO tanks

Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep the container tightly closed.
  • On prolonged storage at < 10°C product becomes viscous and may appear as a soft transparent gel.
  • If product solidifies, it is recommended to heat the jacketed ISO tanks with hot water (55 - 60°C) or low pressure steam (< 2 kg / cm2  ) to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
  • If the product becomes gel / frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys / HMHDPE jerry cans, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C.
  • In original sealed containers, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is at least two years.
  • Once the carboy / IBC / HMHDPE jerry can is opened, use the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO tank, it is recommended to transfer the material from ISO tanks to sanitized SS storage tank with hot water jacket and also recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • During storage, non-palletized carboys / jerry cans shall not be kept one above the other and for palletized, stacking should be maximum 1+1.
  • During storage, IBC stacking should be maximum 1+1.
