- Manufacturing Process
Mixing:
Charge Galaxy SN 8244 noodles in sigma mixer and crush it. Add the predetermined quantity of water (to adjust moisture upto 6%), additives, perfume, colour etc. and blend thoroughly in the sigma mixer. Add fragrance at last, to avoid stickiness and lump formation. Once blending is complete, unload the sigma mixer and transfer the material to refiner.
Refining:
Pass the material through series of simplex refiner and three roll mill (TRM) for further homogenization. The refiner should have coarse refining screen. Simplex refiner and three roll mill should have cool water circulation arrangement
Extruding:
Once refining is done, pass the material through duplex vacuum plodder for final air free extrusion to syndet bar / billet. For smoother extrusion, cool / chilled water circulation in jackets of plodder is recommended. The extrusion head temperature should be kept between 35 - 50°C depending on the size and design of the head.* The temperature of the smoother bar / billet coming out of plodder is generally around 39 - 40°C, however it can vary with type of additives or equipment. Pass the billet to continuous or manual stamping machine to obtain finished bar cakes

Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion, and contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice, if necessary.

Galaxy SN 8244 is available in 25 kg HDPE laminated kraft paper bags with HDPE liner. Total of 560 bags i.e. 14 MT (25 kg per bag) can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load.

- Storage & Handling Information
- Store the material in a clean and dry place preferably below 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep the bags tightly closed.
- Once the bag is opened, ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
- In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least one year.
- During storage, maximum 7 bags (non - palletized) can be stacked and for palletized, place single pallet on ground or in rack.
