Manufacturing Process

Mixing:

Charge Galaxy SN 8501 noodles into sigma mixer and crush it. Add given quantity of special additives or ingredients e.g. water, perfume, color, etc. and blend thoroughly in the sigma mixer. The mixing time can vary depending upon special ingredients to be mixed and is determined experimentally. Once mixing is complete, unload the sigma mixer and transfer the material for refining

 Refining:

Pass the blended material through series of simplex refiner and three roll mill for further homogenization. The refiner should have cool water circulation in jacket which is maintained at room temperature and it should be fitted with coarse refining screen

 Extruding:

Once refining is done pass the material through duplex vacuum plodder for final air free extrusion to syndet bar or billet which can be further stamped on stamping machine. For smoother extrusion, cool water circulation in jackets of plodder is recommended and the extrusion head temperature should be kept between 50 - 65°C depending upon the size and design of the head
