Typical formulation for final syndet bar using Galaxy™ SN 8501D:
- Galaxy™ SN 8501D : 95 parts
- Additives / other ingredients : 2 parts
- Water : 2 parts
- Perfume : 1 part
- Color : as per need

Mixing: Charge Galaxy™ SN 8501D noodles into sigma mixer and crush it. Add special additives or ingredients e.g. water, perfume, color, etc. and blend thoroughly in the sigma mixer. The mixing time can vary depending upon special ingredients used, which needs to be determined experimentally. Once mixing is complete, unload the sigma mixer and transfer the material for refining
Refining: Pass the blended material through series of simplex refiner and three roll mill for further homogenization. The refiner should have cool water circulation in jacket which is maintained at room temperature and it should be fitted with coarse refining screen
Extruding: Once refining is done pass the material through duplex vacuum plodder for final air free extrusion to syndet bar or billet which can be further stamped on stamping machine. For smoother extrusion, cool water circulation in jackets of plodder is recommended and the extrusion head temperature should be kept between 50 - 65°C depending upon the size and design of the head

- Total of 560 bags i.e. 14 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load
Storage & Handling

- Storage and Handling Conditions
- Store the material in a clean and dry place preferably below 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep the bags tightly closed. There is a possibility of lump formation.
- Once the bag is opened, ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
- Slight pH drop is possible over prolonged storage.
- In case of drop in pH, it is fairly safe to use the material as long as the pH > 5.0.
- In original sealed bags, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is one year.
- During storage, maximum 7 bags (non - palletized) can be stacked and for palletized, place single pallet on ground or in rack
