Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion, contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek adequate and timely medical attention.

Galsoft SCG is available in 235 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 18.8 MT can be shipped either palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is available in 200 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped either palletized or non- palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is available in 50 liters HMHDPE carboys. Total of 360 carboys i.e. 18 MT can be shipped either palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is available in IBC (1 MT capacity). 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load. 23.5 MT of Galsoft SCG can also be supplied in 25 MT ISO containers.

- Storage & Handling Information
- Store the material in a clean, dry place at < 40°C away from heat and sunlight.
- Keep the containers tightly closed. In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is two years.
- Once HMHDPE carboy / IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.
- When taken in ISO container, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
- Product has tendency to crystallize / solidify and become non - pourable, if stored at ≤ 15°C. If solidifies, it is recommended to increase the temperature of the product maximum to 55°C by heating the jacketed ISO containers with hot water or low pressure steam (< 1 kg/cm2 ).
- If the product freezes in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room at 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
- Post melting to liquid, entire mass has to be made homogeneous before use. At 100°C and pH below 7, the product may hydrolyse to fatty acid.
- During storage, for HMHDPE carboys, non-palletized carboys shall not be kept one above the other and for palletized, stacking should be maximum 1+1 and for IBC stacking should be maximum 1+1.
