Galaxy Syndet Additive brings following benefits to the soap:
- Easy incorporation of Solid Mild Surfactants in the Soap
- Delivers appreciable mild surfactants with easy processing on the soap finishing lines and without any modification of the existing soap lines

- Processing with Soap Noodle
- Weigh and add soap noodles in the sigma mixer and crush for 5 minutes. If required add adjusting water (2 - 3%)
- Weigh and add Galaxy Syndet Additive noodles in the sigma mixer on top of crushed soap noodles as per batch size and dosage selected
- Moisture content of crushed material shall be approximate 10%
- Add TiO2, BHT and EDTA to the Sigma mixer and other water-soluble desired actives
- and colour solution
- Mix well for 1 to 2 minutes and add fragrance & oil soluble actives
- Mix for another 1 to 2 minutes, ensure complete mixing
- Total mixing time 10 to 15 minutes required to get homogenized material
- Process the soap mixture with the regular conditions and set up through TRM & plodder
- Stamp the bar cake and check for final pH, foam volume and hardness

Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion and inhalation (when concentration in air is high, use appropriate mask) and also avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes and skin, seek adequate and timely medical attention, if necessary.

Galaxy Syndet Additive is available in 25 kg HDPE Laminated Paper Bags with liner inside. Total of 560 bags i.e. 14 MT can be shipped either palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load
Storage & Handling

- Storage and Shelf Life Conditions
- Store in a clean and dry place preferably at < 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep bags tightly closed.
- In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested the shelf life of the product is one year.
- To avoid lump formation, ensure airtight closure of the bag after use and use the product within a week.
- During storage, to avoid lumping, stack maximum 7 bags (non-palletized) and for palletized, single pallet on ground or in the rack
