Applications
  • GalEcoSafe LES 70 D10-MB can be used with other anionic, non - ionic or amphoteric surfactants.
  • However, due to its anionic character, it should not be used with cationic components like cationic surfactants, cationic dyes, etc.

GalEcoSafe LES 70 D10-MB is used for a wide range of applications such as:

  • In bathing bars, shampoos, foam baths, body wash, liquid soap and shower gels as a basic surfactant and foaming agent
  • In liquid detergents and dish washing formulations for detergency and foaming
  • In fire fighting foams
  • In Bleach based Bathroom cleaner and All-purpose cleaner for cleansing of surface

  • GalEcoSafe LES 70 D10-MB is available in 220 litres HMHDPE carboys.
  • Total of 80 carboys i.e. 17.6 MT (220 kg per carboy) can be shipped either palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load.
  • It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity. 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load.
  • 23 MT of GalEcoSafe LES 70 D10-MB can also be supplied in flexi bags (24 MT) and 26 / 33 MT can be supplied in ISO tanks (27.5 / 35 MT).
  • In India, it can be supplied in jacketed SS tankers

Storage and Handling Conditions
  • Store GalEcoSafe LES 70 D10-MB in a clean, dry place at 20 - 40°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and personal hygiene.
  • Keep containers tightly closed.
  • In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is one year.
  • Once the carboy / IBC is opened, ensure airtight closure after usage and use the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO container / tanker / flexi bag, it is recommended to transfer the material from ISO container / tanker / flexi bag to sanitized SS storage tank with hot water jacket and also recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • Slight pH drop is possible over prolonged storage.
  • In case of drop in pH, it is fairly safe to use the material as long as the pH > 5.0.
  • It is difficult to pump the material below 15°C.
  • If the product becomes non-flowable due to cold condition, then it is recommended to heat the jacketed ISO container / tanker or flexi bag with hot water of temperature 55 - 60°C for two hours.
  • Do not apply direct steam. If the product freezes in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room at 40°C.
  • During storage, carboys (palletized / non-palletized) should not be stacked one above the other and for IBC, stacking should be maximum 1+1
