Preparation of Moisturizing Shampoo (1000 kg):
GalFUSION Moist - Hair Care = 500 kg
Demineralized water = 500 kgMix GalFUSION Moist - Hair Care and water slowly until homogeneous dispersion is achieved. Add color, perfume and preservative. Desired viscosity can be achieved by adding appropriate amount of sodium chloride (0.5 to 1.5 %)

GalFUSION Moist - Hair Care is available in 200 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is also available in 50 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 360 carboys i.e. 18 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load

- Storage & Handling Information
- Store the material in a clean and dry place at 20 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
- In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least one year.
- At temperatures below 15°C, the viscosity may increase, making it difficult to pump. This characteristic property can be reversed by keeping the same in hot room of 20 - 35°C (avoid direct heating).
- On prolonged storage below 8°C, if the product gets solidified, it is recommended to keep the carboys in hot room of temperature 20 - 35°C (avoid direct heating).
- Keep the containers tightly closed. Once the carboy is opened, consume the product within a week.
- Storage tanks made up of stainless steel (SS 316) or Fibre - Reinforced Plastics (FRP) are suitable for storing the product.
- Metal containers are not suitable for storing the product, as it can corrode the container. During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys (palletized / non-palletized).
