Safety & Health

Safety Information: Spills should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion and direct inhalation (where air concentration is high, appropriate mask is suggested) and also avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact with eyes seek adequate and timely medical attention.

Packaging Information: GalMOL CCT is available in 210 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT (200 kg per carboy) can be shipped either palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is also available in 50 litres carboys. Total of 540 carboys i.e. 27 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load.

Storage & Handling

Shelf Life: 1 Year
Storage & Handling Information: Store the material in a clean, dry place preferably at 10-40°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.

In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested the shelf life of the product is one year.

Product becomes slightly viscous at temperature below 10°C, but it is easily transferrable.

Product may solidify, if stored at < - 5°C. If solidifies, it is recommended to keep the carboys/pails/drums in hot room of 30 - 40°C to restore the material back to original form.

During storage, there is possibility of hydrolysis at acidic and alkaline condition in presence of water above 40°C.

Once the carboy/drum is opened, re-seal it with proper nitrogen blanketing and use it within six months.

During storage, carboys (non-palletized / palletized) stacking should be maximum 1+1.
