MIXING: Charge Galseer Tresscon noodles into sigma mixer and crush it. Add predetermined quantity of hair / skin care actives and fragrance at end. Blend thoroughly. Once mixing is homogeneous, unload the sigma mixer and transfer the material for refining
REFINING: Pass the material through series of simplex refiner and three roll mill for further homogenization. Cool/chilled water circulation in jacket of refiner & three roll mill should be maintained*
EXTRUSION: Once refining is done, pass the material through duplex vacuum plodder for final air free extrusion to shampoo bar/billet and stamp it on stamping machine (manual/continuous) to get finished Galseer Tresscon based shampoo bar. For smoother extrusion cool/chilled water circulation in jacket should be maintained. The extrusion head temperature should be maintained between 35 to 50°C depending upon size and design of head.* The temperature of smoother bar/billet coming out of plodder is generally 35-40°C, however it can vary with type of actives or equipment

- Galseer Tresscon is available in HDPE Laminated Paper bags with Liner inside of 25 kg.
- Total of 560 bags i.e. 14 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in a 20 ft. full container load.
Storage & Handling

- Storage and Handling Conditions
- Store the material in a clean and dry place preferably at <35°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep the bags tightly closed. Once the bag is opened, use/consume the product within a week.
- In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is one year. pH will not drop, if stored as prescribed.
- During storage, stack maximum 7 bags (non-palletized) and for palletized, single pallet on ground or in the rack
