GalShield UV Care PLUS meets the following requirements of COLIPA / FDA for Sunscreens:

• Broad spectrum UV protection
• UVAPF at least 1/3rd of SPF of the formulation
• As per final sunscreen monograph critical wavelength should be minimum 370, GalShield UV Care PLUS fulfills this requirements at any concentrations (Maximum usage w/w 25%)

GalShield UV Care PLUS is available in 200 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It is also available in 25 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 640 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped palletized in 20 ft. full container load.

Storage & Handling Information

• Store the material in clean and dry place at 25 - 30°C, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• If exposed to sunlight then colour of the product deteriorates.
• Keep containers tightly closed. In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is at least two years.
• Once carboy / IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.
• If the product gets solidified, it is recommended to keep the HMHDPE carboys / IBC in hot room of 30 - 40°C to attain the material temperature 25 - 30°C (avoid direct heating).
• During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 pallet
