Storage & Handling Information
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 35°C away from any incompatibilities direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep the containers tightly closed.
  • In original sealed containers, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is at least one year.
  • Once IBC/carboy is opened, consume the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO container, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • Product has tendency to crystallize/solidify and become non -pourable, if stored at < - 5°C.
  • If it solidifies, it is recommended to increase the temperature of the product maximum to 55°C by heating the jacketed ISO containers with hot water or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs/cm2  ).
  • If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
  • Post melting to liquid, entire mass has to be made homogeneous before use. 
  • Stacking of carboys:
    • Non-palletized: 1+1 while transport and single carboy during storage
    • Palletized: 1+1 while transport and during storage single pallet on ground or in rack
    • Stacking of IBC: 1+1, both while transport and during storage
