  • Galsoft SCT 40 (LPH) is available in 220 litres HMHDPE carboys.
  • Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped palletized or non - palletized in 20 ft. full container load.
  • It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity.
  • Total of 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load.

Storage & Handling

Storage and Handling Conditions
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at < 40°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep the containers tightly closed.
  • Product has tendency to become non-pourable paste < 29°C and solidifies < 23°C but it is pumpable up to 23°C.
  • If it solidifies, it is recommended to increase the temperature of the product maximum to 55°C by heating the jacketed ISO containers with hot water or low pressure steam (<1 kg/cm⊃2 ).
  • If the product freezes /crystallized in IBC/HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room at about 50°C (avoid direct heating).
  • Slight pH drop is possible over a prolonged storage.
  • In case of drop in pH, material is stable and fairly safe to use as long as the pH 5.0.
  • Entire mass must be made homogeneous before use.
  • Use entire product, once the HMHDPE carboy/IBC is opened.
  • In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is two years.
  • During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 for IBC / HMHDPE carboys (palletized and non-palletized)
