  • Galsoft SLG Plus-MB is available in 200 litres HMHDPE carboys.
  • Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT (200 kg per carboy) can be shipped palletized and Total of 40 carboys i.e. 8 MT can be shipped non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load.
  • It is available in IBC (1 MT capacity). 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load.
  • 22.5 MT of Galsoft SLG Plus-MB can also be supplied in 25 MT ISO tank.

Storage & Handling

Storage and Handling Conditions
  • Store the material in a clean, dry place at 25 - 50°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep the containers tightly closed.
  • In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is two years.
  • Use the entire product, once carboy is opened.
  • Once IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.
  • When taken in ISO tanker, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month’s time, after unloading in storage tank.
  • Product solidifies, if stored at ≤ 9°C.
  • The product has tendency to crystallize on storage in case of slightly higher solids (> 26%) and/or at lower temperature (< 25°C).
  • If the product is frozen /crystallized, it is recommended to increase the temperature of the product to maximum 55°C by heating jacketed ISO container with hot water or low pressure steam (< 2 kg/cm⊃2 ).
  • If the product is frozen / crystallized in IBC / HMHDPE carboys, then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
  • Post melting to liquid, entire mass has to be made homogeneous before use.
  • During storage, non-palletized carboys shall not be kept one above the other and for palletized, stacking should be maximum 1+1.
  • For IBC stacking should be maximum 1+1
