- Galsoft TiLS (G) is mainly developed for shower oil and related oily formulations featured with EO-free, sulfate-free, superlative foaming and high natural index claims.
- It is made of sustainable, mild and non-toxic ingredients, for gentle cleansing of dry, itchy and sensitive skin including babies.
- Galsoft TiLS (G) differs from existing oil-soluble surfactant blends available in the market wherein toxic, petrochemical based, environment polluting and non-sustainable ingredients are replaced by a synergetic blend of sustainable Glyceryl esters of fatty acids and amino acid based surfactants.
- Galsoft TiLS (G) is an excellent alternative to MIPA laureth sulfate- alkanolamide-ethoxylated alcohol combination that has been known to cause skin irritations.

Galsoft TiLS (G) is suitable for oil based formulations such as shower oils, shower gels, bath oils, bath lotions, shaving oils, hand wash oils, hair care products or any other oil based formulations
- Usage Guidelines
- Galsoft TiLS (G) mixed with suitable vegetable oil at ambient temperature using overhead agitator to achieve clear solution
- To this mixture, suitable fragrance / additives, pre-dissolved in sufficient quantity of vegetable oil is added and mixed carefully to get clear transparent Shower Oil
- Recommended usage levels: 40 - 60 %, based on final formulation

- Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations.
- Avoid ingestion, and contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
- In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

- Galsoft TiLS (G) is available in 210 litres HMHDPE Drums.
- Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT (200 kg per drum) can be shipped palletized in 20 ft. full container load.
- It can also be supplied in 50 litres HMHDPE carboys.
- Total of 270 carboys palletized i.e. 12.15 MT (45 kg per carboy) or 360 carboys non-palletized i.e. 16.2 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load.
- It is also supplied in 25 litres HMHDPE carboys.
- Total of 640 carboys i.e. 12.8 MT (20 kg per carboy) can be shipped palletized in 20 ft. full container load.
- It can be supplied in IBC of 1 MT capacity.
- Total of 18 IBC palletized i.e. 17.1 MT (950 kg per IBC) can be shipped in 20 ft. full container load
Storage & Handling

- Storage and Handling Conditions
- Store Galsoft TiLS (G) in clean and dry place at 20 - 25°C, away from moisture, direct heat, sunlight and flame.
- Product may solidify at < 10°C.
- If it solidifies, keep the carboy / IBC in hot room / water to raise the temperature up to 20 - 30°C.
- Avoid direct heating. Color deterioration can occur under conditions of direct heat / sunlight, moisture contamination, storage at > 30°C and / or outside the pH range 6.0 - 8.0.
- Hydrolysis may occur beyond pH range 4.5 - 8.5 and at > 40°C.
- Once carboy / IBC is opened, use the product within a week.
- In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is six months.
- During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 (Carboys/IBC)
