GEHR PEEK® 30GF is a variant of PEEK modified with 30 % glass fibers. This modification significantly increases the surface hardness and heat deflection temperature compared to the already high values of the unreinforced standard type. The coefficient of linear expansion can also be reduced by approx. 25 %.

GEHR PEEK® 30CF is a variant of PEEK modified with 30 % carbon fibers. As with the glass-fiber reinforced type, the surface hardness and heat deflection temperature are also significantly increased compared to the already high values of the unreinforced standard type. This material owes its significantly increased dimensional stability to its extremely low coefficient of linear expansion. The electrical properties are influenced by the high proportion of carbon fibers and must be taken into account in the relevant applications.

GEHR POM® C 25GF has a broad property profile that offers increased strength for many applications compared to non-reinforced GEHR POM-C®. In addition, the reinforcement reduces the coefficient of expansion and simultaneously increases the heat deflection temperature.

GEHR PPS® 40 GF is a variant of PPS modified with 40 % glass fibers. Due to the high glass fiber content, strength ranges comparable to light metals can be achieved. This material owes its significantly increased dimensional stability to its very low coefficient of linear expansion.

GEHR PEEK® MOD (GLIDE) is reinforced with 10 % of each PTFE, graphite and carbonfibre. The very good friction, wear and tear properties makes this material the good choice for many applications with friction.
