Gemapilen® BRC GF30 is 30% glass fiber reinforced PPR. It is manufactured for the new generation of co-extrusion PPRC multilayer composite pipes reinforced withglass fiber and specially formulated additives. GEMATILEN® BK60 HD is 60% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.
