GEMASTIREN® FK7O is 70% Calcium carbonate filled PE. These are used in thermoforming and injection molding applications. It is significantly lowers raw material overheads and are 80% more environmental friendly. They are widely used in the manufacture of injection molded products, extrusion products, thermoforming applications.

GEMASTIREN® FK60 is 60% Calcium carbonate filled PE. These are used in thermoforming and injection molding applications. It is significantly lowers raw material overheads and are 80% more environmental friendly. They are widely used in the manufacture of injection molded products, extrusion products, thermoforming applications.

GEMATILEN® FK80 is 80% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® BK80 HD is 80% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.
