GEMATILEN FK is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. GEMATILEN FK is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture.

The GEMAPILEN GF series of compounds are 10% to 40% Glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene products. They are manufactured with Homo-Polymer or Co-Polymer to fit requirement.

GEMASTIREN series are 60% to 80% Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) filled Polystyrene (HIPS) compounds. GEMASTIREN series are used in thermoforming and injection molding applications.

Gemapilen® BRC GF25 is 25% glass fiber reinforced PPR. It is manufactured for the new generation of co-extrusion PPRC multilayer composite pipes reinforced withglass fiber and specially formulated additives. Composite pipes are an alternative to foil reinforced pipes that are tougher and more cost beneficial. Which demonstrate outstanding mechanical properties such as high strength, high stiffness and excellent impact resistance.

They increases the mechanical properties of products much further than what can be obtained through the use of mineral based compounds and enhancers or natural blends. It is an alternative to straight polymer use or mineral compounds are wide ranging and benefit a number of plastic manufacturing sectors.

GEMATILEN® BK60 HD is 60% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® FK75 is 75% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.
