  • G-TEX TM is our range of comingled recycled carbon fiber/ thermoplastic nonwoven mats. These mats provide an excellent balance of mechanical properties, formability and good-quality surface finish.
  • G-TEX TM nonwoven mats are made with PP, PA, PEI and PPS fibers. The dry mats can be direct formed into parts by compression molding or used as pre-consolidated sheets.
  • G-TEX TM nonwoven mats are used today in automotive and aerospace applications.

Gen 2 Carbon certifies that our recycled carbon fiber products are compliant with the European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 governing the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and do not contain substances above 0.1% weight of a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed in Annex XIV. Advised precautions for safe handling are general PPE (gloves, safety goggles, mask and protective clothing).
