For the past fifty + years we have been solving our customers' tough fluoropolymer coating and other tough coating problems by providing state of the art high performance coating and in a timely and cost effective manner. As a custom job shop specializing in high performance coatings, fluoropolymer coating and engineered coatings, we have outfitted our 50,000-sq. ft. plant in Bloomfield, NJ to handle almost any size and quantity of parts our customers may have. We handle both liquid and powder coatings utilizing the most advanced application techniques available today.

Gencote 519 ® FEP is a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer. Gencote-519-FEP is chemically inert due to its complete fluorination. This, together with the high temperature, Gencote-519-S has a temperature range of up to 390°F and nonstick properties. FEP is an excellent universal coating for harsh chemical service.

Gencote 518 ® PFA has properties comparable to or better than PTFE and FEP fluoropolymers. has high temperature strength and stiffness, as well as excellent crack resistance and weatherability.

KF Polymer (PVDF) is a crystalline fluorocarbon resin with a high molecular weight polymer of vinylidene fluoride that contains 59 percent fluorine by weight. PVDF, as a coating, provides an excellent corrosion barrier in temperatures ranging from -4°F to + 280°F. It is extremely tough, abrasion resistant, and easily machined.

Halar ®(ECTFE) is a melt-processable fluoropolymer from Allied Corporation, Halar E-CTFE is the result of a 1:1 alternating copolymer of ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethytene. Halar E-CTFE is a tough material with excellent impact strength and abrasion resistance, with excellent chemical resistance, and a broad use temperature range ranging from cryogenic to 320°F.

Halar® (ECTFE)

Teflon® ETFE, also known as Ethylene TetraFluoroEthylene, is a thermoplastic copolymer formed by the polymerization of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene (TEFLON®) monomers. This resin is a tough, abrasion-resistant material with excellent chemical resistance and continuous operating temperatures of up to 150 C/300°F. ETFE is also a good electrical insulator with nonstick and low friction properties.
