This newly designed formulation of microbes and enzymes incorporated in Floor Plus™ creates a synergistic chemistry that provides long – term deep cleaning by eliminating those imbedded organics lodged in pores, cracks, corners and crevices. Developed for use on kitchen floors, this biotech formulation incorporates a spore producing, fatty acid degrading microbe that generates enzymes specifically for the decomposition of the hard to degrade fatty acid components found in grease. Floor Plus™ is an environmentally friendly ready-to-use formula specifically developed for the cleaning of ceramic tile floors and grout in institutional, commercial, and household settings. In addition to kitchen floors, Floor Plus™ works extremely well in bathrooms and locker room facilities. The microbes and enzymes found in Floor Plus™ are also very effective in the elimination of odors caused from most organics. Floor Plus™ can be used outdoors (above 55º F for best results) around garbage collection areas, on concrete, concrete pavers, and asphalt to clean embedded organic stains and control odors. For best results, when used outdoors, use after sun-down and do not rinse if conditions permit.

New floors and floors that do not have embedded organic stains and grease build-up:
- Mix 2 ounces of Floor Plus™ per gallon of water. No rinsing required (let air dry).
Existing floors with embedded organic stains and grease build-up:
- First 5 days, mix 4 ounces of Floor Plus™ per gallon of water. No rinsing required (let air dry).
- Thereafter mix 2 ounces of Floor Plus™ per gallon of water. No rinsing required (let air dry).
- When utilized in food processing facilities, rinsing is required.
Floor Plus™ was designed to clean your floors of normal daily grease, grime, and dirt while simultaneously eliminating offensive odors. When using Floor Plus™ it is important to note that embedded organic stains on your commercial floor will not be eliminated during the first mopping. Stains that have been built-up over an extended period of time will take time to eliminate. Typically, with daily moppings of two to three times a day for ten days, one will notice the floor beginning to lighten up. In a three week period (21 days) your floors will show marked improvement. If repackaging, use entire contents of pail or drum. Blend slowly for a minimum of thirty minutes to assure proper spore dispersion in solution. Do not allow product to stand without agitation during repackaging.
