- Product Highlights
Beverage tower drain lines are known to be nutrient deficient environments. In addition, beverage tower drain lines contain an abundance of carbohydrates (sugar), which is a direct result of the overflow of soft drinks. The Acetobacter microbes found in FREE FLOW™ thrive on the excessive amounts of carbohydrates typically found in these types of drain lines. When the sugar in the drain lines begin to degrade and break down, the formation of cellulosic polymers (referred to as sugar snakes) occur. When left untreated, sugar deposits can accumulate to restrict and, eventually, block the flow of liquid through the drain lines. Once beverage drain lines become restricted or blocked, they have the potential to harbor and accelerate foul odors which will eventually result in line replacement or costly plumbing services.Through consistent use, the powerful enzymes and cellulose – degrading bacterial strains found in FREE FLOW™ eliminates problems by digesting and reducing harmful cellulosic polymers (sugar snakes) and other organic materials commonly found in untreated drain systems.
