FASTEX® FGHT2 has been developed for the general grease lubrication of anti-friction bearings, plain bearings, sliding and rolling surfaces, linkages, conveyors, sprockets, chains and wheel bearings or processing equipment operating at high ambient temperatures.
- Methodology
FASTEX® FGHT2 is applied to conventional ball/roller bearing assemblies in line with the bearing manufacturers recommendations. It can be applied as a service lubricant by high-pressure grease gun or by metering. In addition, it can be applied by hand, or brush, to open gears and slide ways. In the case of linkages, pin and bushing assemblies it is recommended that, in conjunction with the use of FASTEX® FGHT2, the pin be pre-heated (above 122ºF/50ºC) and treated with neat Fastex® Surface Modifier, by dipping or brushing.

Storage & Handling
- Precautions
FASTEX® FGHT2 should be stored in dry conditions, under cover, at above freezing temperatures & away from ignition sources. To avoid contamination, can/pail lids should be closed tightly.
