- The liquid egg products from Global Food Group are produced with care, and because of the automated production process, Global Food Group can offer products at an ideal price/quality ratio.
- Eggs supplied by poultry farms, which are part of our chain incorporation, are broken by automatic egg breaking machines after quality inspection.
- After the breaking process, the liquid whole egg is pasteurized to make sure there are no dangerous bacteria in the product. Ingredients can be added before or after it is pasteurized. In consultation with the customer, it is possible to supply products which comply with their specifications.
- After the pasteurization process, the liquid whole egg will be put into any packaging you wish.
