GlobalFeed Socalphos+

Socalphos+ is a mineral substance-sourced raw material for animal nutrition. Socalphos+ is used as a raw material of mineral origin for the supply of phosphorus, calcium and sodium in the manufacture of animal feeds and correctors for animal nutrition. Thanks to the incorporation of Socalphos+ in the diet, we are able to cover the needs of phosphorus in high production animals, while providing a rich source of Na, without altering the acidic pH of the digestive tract and giving the desired electrolyte balance in each formulation, as it does not include chlorine in its composition. Both characteristics make this product a solution of special nutritional interest for poultry farming.

    Product Highlights

    Through the application of GlobalPhos® Technology, Globalfeed has managed to improve the nutritional characteristics of the product, providing it with differential nutritional values and obtaining a unique Calcium-Sodium Phosphate on the market. This translates into an optimization of costs in formulation per unit of Na and P, as well as a greater space in the formula:

    • Increase in the level of available mineral phosphorus (21%).
    • Increase in the percentage of Sodium (8%)
    • Acid pH.
    • Low heavy metals levels.
    • Suitable particle size.

    Both the raw materials and the final product follow strict quality controls and are stored avoiding any kind of contamination. The drying of the final product is done with natural gas to avoid contamination risks and at controlled and not high temperatures, in order to avoid possible phosphorus retrogradations in the final products, to guarantee the highest availability/digestibility. From the environmental point of view, its manufacturing process is totally respectful with the environment and does not generate chemical residues.
